Date: 05/18/2018 <br />Manufacturer training: VMI, 03/09/19 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to witness the following inspections <br />-Observe line leak detector line length measurements. <br />The 87 grade line was measured at 268 feet and the 91 grade line was measured at 196 feet. <br />-Tested liquid sensors in the under dispenser containment units, the vent sump, the 91 grade fill sump, the 91 grade <br />submersible turbine pump (STP) sump, the 87 grade fill sump and the 87 grade STP sump. <br />All passed. <br />-Tested the 87 grade and 91 grade line leak detectors. <br />Both passed. <br />-Assisted with the CERS UST submittal. The submittal was verified as accurate and complete. <br />-The monitoring certification could not be completed and is scheduled to be completed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
