Date: 05/18/2018 <br />Manufacturer training: Veeder Root, 10/31/18; VMI, 03/09/19 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to witness the following inspections: <br />Verified the correct length for the line leak detectors on the Veeder Root panel and tested the 87 and 91 line leak detectors. <br />All passed. <br />Reviewed CERS submittal with manager. <br />Reviewed reportable and recordable spill requirements with manager. <br />Attempted vacuum sensor testing. The tube fitting at the 87 fill penetration was leaking. Several repairs were attempted. <br />The leak could not be fully corrected at the time of inspection. <br />A gap was observed in the 7/8, 1/2 and 3/4 under dispenser containment (UDC) sumps. Wood was used to fill part of the gap <br />in the 1/2 UDC sump. <br />Reviewed several as built plans. Plans were not accurate or to scale. <br />Additional inspections are still needed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
