Probes went into alarm when tested. Verified presence of flappers. <br />Observed testing of 91 product PLLD. Testing passed. <br />Verified correct positioning of liquid sensors. <br />Additional documents are needed before permit to operate can be received. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
