Date : 02/08/2018 <br /> Manufacturer training : <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site for the pipe set back inspection and slope verification : <br /> -The pipe set backs in the trenches have been adjusted and comply with the manufacturer' s installation requirements . In <br /> adjusting the pipe separation , the contractor, Engel Molina , altered the slope of the piping. Some of the piping was observed <br /> having a 0 slope . The contractor stated he will do additional work on the slope and will schedule an inspection for next week to <br /> verify a slope of 1 /4" or greater to a monitored sump . <br /> -Some of the piping in the tank pit did not have 6 " clearance from the pit walls and floor . The contractor stated that the <br /> additional soil removal is planned in the tank pit prior to backfilling . A verification inspection for tank pit piping setbacks will be <br /> required . <br /> "Additional inspections are needed . See the permit approval letter dated December 15 , 2016 for a complete list of <br /> inspections required . All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance . <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
