Date: <br />Manufacturer training: Engel Molina, Installer, 02/08/18 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to witness modification of 87 and 91 grade fill sumps. Darrick Floyd, field service technician from Containment <br />Solutions Services, was on site performing the work. 3 3/4 inches was cut from the 91 fill sump and 5 inches was cut from the <br />87 fill sump. <br />Observed pressure test for 87 and 91 grade fill sumps. Both of the sumps were pressurized to approximately 2 psi. Soapy <br />water was sprayed around the repair areas. No air was observed leaking. The pressure was released at the bottom of the <br />sump and the pressure could be seen dropping from the gauge at the top of the sump to ensure continuity. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
