Date: <br />Manufacturer training: Engel Molina Installer, 02/08/18 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to verify concrete thickness per profession engineer's instructions. <br />A section of an area with concrete taken out was measured surrounding the 91 fill sump (15'x16') and the 87 fill sump <br />(15'x18'). Measurements of the thickness of the concrete were taken approximatively every 2-3 feet. <br />The highest thickness measured over the 91 grade tank was 8.25 inches and the thinest thickness measured was 5.25 inches. <br />The highest thickness measured over the 87 grade tank was 7.5 inches and the thinest thickness measured was 6 inches. <br />Inspected 1/2, 3/4 and 5/6 under dispenser containment units (UDC). In the 1/2 and 3/4 UDC, corrugated paper was observed <br />in the concrete near the conduit and a hole was observed in the concrete in the 7/8 dispenser pan. <br />Addition inspections are still need prior to receiving permit to operate. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
