All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: One young dead cockroach was observed on the floor by a white hand wash sink in the back. Continue <br />pest control to abate problem. He stated he closed on the 10/31/18. No other complaints received regarding this <br />matter. <br />Ecolab services the facility every other week and every week when necessary. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
