SAN4.10AQUIN <br />—C OU N T Y- <br />Greotness grows here. <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 10:20 am <br />Time Out: 10:50 am <br /> <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />Name of Facility: EL TORITO RESTAURANT Date: 11/01/2018 <br />Address: 2593 W MARCH LN, STOCKTON 95209 <br />Owner/Operator: RM EL TORITO LLC Telephone: (209) 957-6891 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00047692 <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THERE WAS A COCKROACH ON THE TABLE AND WAS INFORMED BY THE MANAGER <br />THAT THEY ARE COMING OUT OF THE HOLES THAT ARE IN THE WALLS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: One young dead cockroach was observed on the floor by a white hand wash sink in the back. Continue <br />pest control to abate problem. The are was cleaned. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Manager was not aware of this complaint. He stated he closed on the 10/31/18. No other complaints received regarding this <br />matter. <br />Ecolab services the facility every other week and every week when necessary. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
