Provide precise drawings showing proper installation of tank, piping, and <br />sump details. Enclosed drawings are inadequate. <br />B. Provide brochures and manufacturers instructions for tank, piping and <br />monitoring equipment. <br />C. Provide precise drawings of piping run to dispenser and show the <br />termination of piping under the dispenser. <br />D. Provide information about piping system ie. pressure or suction, dual <br />wall, any check valves? <br />E. Provide information about the overfill protection and installation. <br />Manual monitoring is no longer acceptable on new installations. <br />F. Provide information of responsible billing party for time spent on <br />installation in excess of 8 hours. <br />G. Provide a Monitoring and Response plan. To include all information on <br />enclosed handout. <br />H. Demonstrate financial responsibility (see handout). <br />I. Fill out new A and B forms for site and tank. <br />ENCLOSURES: <br />1. Monitoring and Response plan requirements. <br />2. Financial responsibility for petroleum underground storage tanks. <br />3.
