A hazardous waste generator shall not <br /> treat, store,dispose of,transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an ID number. If you or your <br /> business generates more than 100 kg of RCRA hazardous waste and/or more than one kg of acutely hazardous <br /> waste,then you need to obtain an EPA ID number. All others must obtain a State ID number. Go to the DTSC web <br /> site http://www.dtsc.ca.govADManifest/PERMHWID.cfm for the form to apply for an ID number. Immediately obtain <br /> an ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 102 CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> A rusted unlabeled 55 gallon drum of unknown waste is being stored on site.The owner is unsure of the contents <br /> inside the drum. If the drum is considered a waste, immediately make a complete hazardous waste determination. <br /> If the contents are not a waste,submit a statement showing what the contents are. <br /> Parts washer waste is placed in a sump and pumped out by American Valley Oil. There were no disposal receipts <br /> available for review and the owner is not sure if the waste is being handled as hazardous. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how these wastes were <br /> managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a)Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste from October 2015 to October 2018 were not <br /> found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and <br /> all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br /> review.
