Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new addendums <br />supercede the previous ones. <br />3. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as required by the <br />organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 23 <br />Chapter 16 Table B for complete list) <br />4. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Install/Retrofitting certification <br />and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components installed or tested must be onsite when work is <br />performed. <br />5. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the manufacturer <br />of that component. <br />6. Contact EHD for the following inspections (Allow a 48 hour notice for all inspections): <br />a. Soap test on replaced secondary fittings and/or repairs to the secondary lines. <br />b. Sixty -minute pressure test on the secondary piping for the regular (87) & premium (91) lines. <br />c. 24 hour or equivalent lake test on under dispenser containment (UDC) in which electrical <br />penetrations have been replaced. <br />7. Once concrete is poured, all lines shall have an integrity test performed in accordance with the <br />manufacturer. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of returning the site to operating condition. <br />8. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tanks, the UST's must have an integrity test performed <br />once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Results must be received by <br />EHD within 7 days of returning the site to operating condition. <br />9. A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" shall be submitted by the <br />owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this upgrade will be considered complete <br />by EHD. <br />10.
