Charter Way <br />The permit to reprogram the monitoring panel at the above referenced site has been <br />approved with the following conditions. <br />1. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br />Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all <br />components installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br />2. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />from the manufacturer of that component. <br />3. Before the alarm history is cleared, a current printout must be created and <br />available for EHD inspection. Inspection may occur during the functionality test. <br />4. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />5. The monitoring must satisfy this facilities monitoring plan. <br />6. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />7.
