The waste oil and waste antifreeze tanks inspections are not documented. Daily documented <br />inspections are required for large quantity hazardous waste generators. Include all requirements <br />specified in Title 22 CCR section 66265.195(a). A form was provided by the inspector which can be <br />used for this inspection. Immediately start documenting daily inspections of the waste oil and antifreeze <br />tanks. <br />605. The brake rotor metal shavings/dust hazardous waste container was missing the accumulation start <br />date. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label this container and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. Since it cannot be determined how long the brake rotor metal shavings/dust hazardous <br />waste container has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of <br />this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by January 19, 2012. <br />Notes <br />1. Complete the following by January 19, 2012 and send to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department: <br />a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br />b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br />c. Supporting documentation. <br />2. During the inspection the operator added the hazardous property to the brake rotor metal dust <br />container label and added an accumulation start date to the oil filter container. <br />3. The inspector provided the following to the operator: inspection photos, EPA number form, County <br />hazardous waste training schedule, hazardous and universal waste generator guidance. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Inspector: <br />Garrett Backus (209) 468-2986 <br />Received By: <br />- , <br />Title: <br />�_- <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07/12/11 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
