Violation Corrections <br />#20 - Hazardous waste tank for antifreeze has now been appropriately labelled and accumulation <br />start date has been noted. Pictures provided of said correction. <br />#7 - Metal fines from brake rotor shavings have now been determined to be hazardous waste. <br />This waste is now being disposed of in a waste barrel provided by Evergreen and is now being <br />collected periodically by evergreen. Paperwork for payment to Evergreen has been attached. <br />The 55 -gallon blue drum partially full of oily liquid that was not labelled has been disposed of by <br />Evergreen. Paperwork for payment to Evergreen has been attached. <br />#32 - Dealership has contacted Kleinfelder for a tank assessment. Kleinfelder sent out an <br />inspector to perform an initial inspection of the tanks and related to the dealership they would be <br />in contact to set up an appointment date for an actual assessment. Joe Villa is the Kleinfelder <br />manager in charge of the case regarding Chase Chrysler Jeep. <br />#39 - A daily inspection for the waste antifreeze and waste oil tanks is now being performed. <br />Inspection sheet is attached. <br />Additional - Oil water separator has been inspected and estimate has been given to clean out the <br />system although inspector from Evergreen informed Chase Chrysler that it is not necessary to be <br />performed at this time. <br />
