Hazardous Waste Tank Systern <br />Written Assessment per CCR Title 22 <br />Chase Chrysler Jeep, Stockton, CA <br />Visual Inspection: <br />d ch <br />• Tank parameters at time of inspection (empty, etc.): In service, 5% full. <br />• Acute visual evidence of leaks: None. <br />• Condition of interior surface: Good, corrosion free <br />• Condition of exterior surface: Good, free from cracks, and corrosion. <br />• Condition of nozzles, flanges, fittings at tank: Good, evidence of cracks or <br />leaks <br />• Condition of piping: Good, No evidence of leaks, corrosion or damage. <br />Visual Inspection findings: A visual inspection of the tank and its affiliated <br />pumps, piping and ancillary equipment did not reveal signs of leaks, corr ' n, <br />weld cracks or breaks, or scrapes in protective coating which may cause <br />release from the tank system. A description of all discrepancies noted d ri the <br />visual inspection is included with this report.
