2 . Label the waste as follows: <br /> "Waste oil" <br /> (Name of the Company) <br /> Start of accumulation date: MM/DD/YR <br /> (ie. , the date you began to fill the container) <br /> 3 . Arrange for a transporter to pick up your waste oil at regular <br /> intervals. There may be a minimal charge for this service. The <br /> transporter must be licensed to transport waste oil. Call <br /> California Department of Health Services, Toxic Substance Control <br /> Division at (916) 324-2430 to confirm that transporter <br /> requirements have been met since this list changes frequently. <br /> 4 .
