Ham Lane. <br /> Although the anniversary date from last year's form was April 13, 2005, our <br /> Finance Director's research found that the requirement was that this be <br /> submitted at the end of each fiscal year. Our expectation would be that it be <br /> submitted annually, close to a June 30th fiscal year closing. If, however, you <br /> prefer that it remain the April 13th date please let me know, and we can <br /> maintain that anniversary date. More specifically, must it be submitted on, or <br /> before, the date from the previous year? <br /> I would appreciate your opinion on this.
