RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> • While the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations mandate testing <br /> conducted on three-year intervals to determine the effectiveness of the installed <br /> systems, experience and good engineering practice dictate that an assessment be made <br /> on an annual basis. <br /> • This, coupled with periodic inspections by City of Lodi personnel, will assure the <br /> continued effective operation of the installed corrosion control systems. Attached is <br /> Testing and Operation information for maintenance testing by City personnel. <br /> BENEFITS <br /> The annual maintenance and monitoring program is intended to verify continued <br /> effectiveness of the existing cathodic protection systems.
