Nam Lane in Ladi. Pursuant to the California <br /> Air Resources Board (GARB) Vapor Recovery Advisory#19r (attached), all GD1='s <br /> proposing major modifications after July 1. 2001, must comply with the new Phase I <br /> Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) requirements. Based on the information submitted to <br /> the District, the proposed modification qualifies as a major modification to the Phase 1 <br /> system.
