L-��-Torrent <br />LABORATORY, INC. <br />Client: Process Specialties, Inc. <br />Project: Well water check <br />Work Order: 1105099 <br />CASE NARRATIVE <br />Date: 5/23/2011 <br />No issues encountered with the receiving, preparation, analysis or reporting of the results associated with <br />this work order. <br />Analytical Comment for W_Anions, Note:The spikes in the MS/MSD for Chloride and Sulfate are not <br />recoverable. The sample concentration is greater than 4X the spike concentration. No corrective action is <br />required. <br />No issues encountered with the receiving, preparation, analysis or reporting of the results associated with <br />this work order. <br />Observations: <br />Primary Contaminants- (Health) <br />The following constituents in the scope of analysis presented in this report were found to be outside of the <br />EPA Federally established Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) guidelines. <br />Corrective action must be taken to control the failed constituents in order to ensure corrected levels will be <br />below the MCLs. <br />Nitrate as NO3 - Maximum is 45 mg/L Found was 57.5 mg/L <br />Nitrate + Nitrite as N - Maximum is 10 mg/L, Found was 13 mg/L <br />Secondary Contaminant - (Water Aesthetics) <br />No secondary contaminants in the scope of analysis presented in this report were found to be outside of <br />the EPA Federally established Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) guidelines (or recommended level <br />where no MCLs exist). <br />483 Sinclair Frontage Rd., Milpitas.
