Managed, stored and disposed hazardous waste without an active EPA ID number. Last year in <br /> 2010, the compliance response stated for this repeat violation stated "Attached is the copy of the form <br /> for reactivation that was faxed to DTSC. The facility's EPA ID number CAL000306946 is currently <br /> inactive in 2011. It would take two weeks or so for them to reactive." A generator shall not treat, store, <br /> dispose of, transport or offer for transportation a hazardous waste without having received an active <br /> EPA ID number. Immediately reactivate the EPA ID number for this facility or contact DTSC's Generator <br /> Information Services Section at 800-618-6942 or 916-255-1136 to verify the facility's EPA ID number <br /> has been reactivated. Repeat violation. <br /> # 20. One 55 gallon green trash container of dispenser filters, nozzles and hoses was missing the <br /> hazardous property and list an incomplete content. One 55 gallon black drum of oily water was missing <br /> the hazardous property and physical state. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br /> following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties, <br /> 4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Provided Hazardous waste labeling instruction form. Repeat violation. <br /> Corrected on-site. Hazardous waste can be stored for up to 180 days of accumulation. By May 2011, the <br /> contents of the green trash container must be removed from site. By August 2011, the contents of 55 <br /> gallon drum must be removed from site. Contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this <br /> waste under manifest or transport to an authorized hazardous waste disposal facility.
