Managed, stored, and disposed hazardous waste without an active EPA ID number. In 2010, the <br /> compliance response stated for this repeat violation stated "Attached is the copy of the form for <br /> reactivation that was faxed to DTSC". This facility's EPA ID number CAL000306946 is currently inactive <br /> in 2011. It would take two weeks or so for them to reactivate." A generator shall not treat, store, dispose <br /> of, transport or offer for transportation a hazardous waste without having received an active EPA ID <br /> number. Immediately reactive the EPA ID number for this facility or contact DTSC's Generator <br /> Information Services Section at 800-618-6942 or 916-255-1136 to verify the facility's EPAQ number has <br /> been reactivated.
