Its misunderstanding that if you don't owe any fee you don't have to mail <br /> in the Schedule A— Manifest Fee. After verifying with CA DTSC I completed and mailed in the schedule <br /> and likely DTSC will reactivate the EPA number. I will follow up on this to make sure it happens. <br /> Attached is the copy of the Schedule A I sent to DTSC. <br />
