Failed to store UW lamps in closed container. One four foot used fluorescent tube was found in the <br />corner of the office behind the door. Any used lamps shall be placed in a container/ package that is <br />structurally sound, adequate to prevent breakage, and compatible with contents of the lamp. Container <br />shall be closed to prevent damages from being release. Immediately placed used fluorescent tube into a <br />structurally sound container. <br />- Corrected on site. Owner placed used tube into a closable cardboard container. <br />808. Failed to label/ identify UW. One four foot fluorescent tube was not identified as "Universal Waste". <br />Universal waste handler shall label/ mark "Universal Waste" and identify type of universal waste ie. <br />batteries, lamps, electronic devices, CRT, etc. Immediately label/ identify the container as "Universal <br />Waste" along with type of contents it is storing. <br />- Corrected on site.
