Approximately half dozen used fuel filters are stored in an unlabeled/ unidentified metal 55 gallon <br /> drum for an unknown storage period. Used oil & fuel filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof <br /> container, labeled as "drained used oil & fuel filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. <br /> Immediately begin this practice and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. Since it is <br /> unclear how long they have been on site, immediately properly dispose the fuel filters to an authorized <br /> disposal facility and provide disposal receipt to EHD. <br /> Submit to SJC EHD within 30 days (03/25/14): <br /> 1. one copy of the completed "Return to Compliance Certification" form <br /> 2. disposal receipt for used fuel filters & fluorescent tubes <br /> Notes: <br /> - revised, recertified CERS 10182111: business activities, hazardous material inventory & UST <br /> - Provided free class schedule.
