Unocal then instructed Sierra-Pacific Group (Sierra-Pacific) to obtain a right-of-entry
(ROE) license from the property owner and take the samples. Sierra-Pacific made three unsuccessful
attempts to obtain the necessary ROE from Laura Bresciani, the current property owner.
I recently contacted Michael Infurna,San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, about the ROE
problem. He met Ms. Bresciani for the third time, and asked Sierra-Pacific to solicit the ROE one more
time. It is our understanding that you have power-of-attorney for Laura Bresciani, and that under the
circumstances, you want the old well sampled. If this is correct, please sign both of the attached ROE
documents and mail them back to Sierra-Pacific for Unocal signatures.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
SIERRA-PACIFIC GROUP
Jo St hen Ra L 3
or Engineegri Geologist
JSR/dk
c: Michael Infurna, San Joaquin County
Amy Terrell, RWQCB
W.T.
