Pursuant to Section 13320 of the Water Code, <br /> adopted by other state and federal agencies; aggrieved persons may petition the State Water <br /> Board to review any decisions made under this <br /> 21. Discharges subject to WC Section 13304 may policy <br /> include discharges of waste to land; such <br /> discharges may cause, or threaten to cause, <br /> conditions of soil or water pollution or nuisance THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> that are analogous to conditions associated with <br /> migration of waste or fluid from a waste These policies and procedures apply to all <br /> management unit; investigations, and cleanup and abatement activities, for <br /> 22.
