(Sierra-Pacific) attempted to install three monitoring <br /> wells in east Stockton in November 1995. Shallow monitoring wells were successfully installed at <br /> 1905 North Broadway Avenue and 1836 North Sutro Avenue. However, we had a problem with <br /> the deep well at 1836 North Sutro Avenue. It must be redrilled. <br /> The drilling company has agreed to complete the well, and an amended work plan will be provided <br /> to you and Michael Infurna by Jim Billings, PE with Beylik Drilling. We have tentatively scheduled <br /> the work for next week. The 1836 North Sutro Avenue site is currently too muddy to work. In the <br /> meantime, Sierra-Pacific completed another monitoring event at the Broadway site. The two new <br /> wells were included.
