Sierra-Pacific's revised work plan is enclosed for your consideration. We will not <br /> know exactly where the wells will be installed until we have obtained written right-of-access <br /> agreements from local land owners or the City of Stockton. <br /> Please call me if you have questions or comments on the work plan.
