WORKPLAN: BROADWAY STREET
wells) will be sampled three times: in September, December, and March. Unless told
otherwise, I will assume that the timeline is correct.
Section 3.8 lists the analytical methods to be employed during each sampling event. In order
to maintain continuity with the earlier quarters of sampling, the EPA 624 scan is not to be
used; the EPA 601 scan is to be used instead. The other analysis methods are satisfactory. I
assume that pH and EC measurements will be taken in the field. As usual, all holding times
must be met.
Section 3.9 states that quarterly monitoring reports will be submitted. I would appreciate it
if each report contained a summary table showing the groundwater monitoring results from
May 1993 through the quarter being reported.
If you have any questions, or need any help in locating files within the office, I can be
reached at (916) 255-3104.
cL PJ-)
WENDY WYELS
Ag Regulatory Unit
cc: Mr. Michael Infurna, San Joaquin County Environmental Health, Stockton
Mr. John Rapp, Sierra Pacific Consultants, El Dorado Hills
