The items <br /> proposed are (1) additional soil sampling, (2) abandonment of monitoring well #1, (3) <br /> installation of four monitoring wells, (4) ground water monitoring, and (5) soil excavation. <br /> Staff approves your proposal to conduct these five phases of investigation/remediation. <br /> Per our discussion yesterday, please submit one workplan for the first four items listed <br /> above. Because the rainy season is rapidly approaching, we would like you to submit the <br /> workplan as soon as possible, but no later than 10 October 1993. The workplan should also <br /> include a time schedule for each task.
