i <br /> The San Joaquin Local Health District billing statement dated July 1, 1989 reflects half of the annual <br /> generator fees due and payable to the Health District for 1989. The second half of the annual <br /> generator fee will be billed November 1, 1989, prior to the mailing of the State Board of <br /> Equalization billing for the new calendar year.
