On behalf of CPS, Rubik <br /> Environmental, Inc. (Rubik) is providing an additional check for $527.00 as required by the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). A Well and Boring Permit <br /> Application and $1,098 were previously submitted by Rubik to the SJCEHD. <br /> New groundwater monitoring wells will be installed at the CPS Stockton facility pursuant to the <br /> December 16, 2011 Remedial Action Plan (RAP), and February 24, 2012 amendment to the <br /> RAP, which were approved by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board-Central <br /> Valley Region. One existing monitoring well will also be destroyed pursuant to the approved <br /> RAP and amendment.
