January 31, 2018 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Services <br /> 1868 Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockiton, Ca. <br /> Greetings, <br /> l have been in a dispute with Calwater over a. "irrigation" well that was suppose to be a <br /> "domestic" well drill at 27402 ED Sorrenti Ln. Escalon, parcel #207-310-24, permit# <br /> SR0067829, on 01/12/2013. <br /> On 01/30/20181 had my California Contractors Board Arbitration hearing at 31 Channel <br /> Ave. Stockton. <br /> Curtis Hennings, (owner and CEO) of Calwater disclosed this information to me and the <br /> Arbitrator. <br /> Hennings stated that he didn't know why his brother, Blake Hennings, (no deceased) <br /> pulled a "irrigation" well permit rather than a "domestic" well permit 8 days after <br /> signing the bid to provide a domestic well on my property. <br /> Curtis Hennings continued to explain, according to the "Well Completion" report and <br /> the "Calwater drilling well log" report, this well was grout sealed with bentonite seal a <br /> depth of 106'. <br /> Curtis Hennings stated that the well Calwater drilled compiles to domestic well <br /> standards and should be changed from an irrigation well to a domestic well. <br /> Attached are copies of the Well Completion Report and the Calwater Well Drilling Log. <br /> I realize I was forced to pay Masellis Well Drilling to drill a domestic well at this location <br /> on August 1, 2017 before this information was brought to my attention, and this will <br /> mean that there are two domestic wells on this property. However, this will allow the <br /> owner, if they decide to build a shop near the "irrigation well", they could use this water <br /> for a bathroom or drinkable water in the shop. <br /> seely re nested, <br /> Rick Dodge C 1W <br /> Owner of property 27402 E.
