Manager states that the facility had an issue when they first purchased the
business(around 7years ago), but they called the landlord and that the issue was repaired.
Upon inspection this date, there is no bubbly waste leaking into the parking lot.The pavement and landscaping around the
grease interceptor manhole covers is dry. Grease interceptor located at the east side of the building. Photos taken this date.
The landscaping on the north side of the building does have a wet area. Manager states that an employee dumped a bucket
of ice in this area this morning (not observed by inspector this date).
Upon inspection of the interior of the facility, there is no surfacing sewage and the floor drains and floor sinks are clear and
free flowing. The floor drain in the men's restroom does"gurgle"a bit when the water is run at the hand sink.
Manager does not know when the grease interceptor was last serviced. It is the recommendation of this Department to have
the grease interceptor(at the east side of the building)inspected and pumped if required.
FA0014160 C00050487 SCO04 09/17/2019
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
