COMPLAINANT STATED THAT THEY SPOKE TO SOMEONE THERE <br /> WHO TOLD THEM THE FOOD WAS PREPARED AT HOME AND BROUGHT TO THE BAR TO COOK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> This is a complaint inspection <br /> -Bar owner states an outside caterer comes in Tue,Wed, Fri, and Sat nights to cook tacos in the back patio area <br /> -The catering business is called EI Taco Loco,408-669-1132. The owner's name is Joe <br /> -The caterer only makes tacos and quesidillas. He brings in the raw meat in ice chests and cooks it on the propane powered <br /> griddle in the patio area. There is no handsink in the patio area. The griddle has a steam table portion. <br /> -Bar owner states the caterer wears gloves while prepping foods <br /> -Bar owner does not know where the caterer preps the food prior to cooking it <br /> The caterer does not have a San Joaquin County health permit.
