SOME EMPLOYEES CURRENTLY SICK WITH THE FLU. POSSIBLE <br /> ROACH AND RAT INFESTATION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw live roach on wall under 3 comp sink. Contact pest control.After service, remove all dead bodies. <br /> Facility shall be pest free. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was not aware of this complaint. He stated that Terminix comes in weekly. Last visit was today.They <br /> did not observe any vermin. Manager stated that several months ago they did have a rodent and roach problem, but is now <br /> under control. Regarding sick time: Full time employees get 7 days a year of sick time. Part time employees get hours of sick <br /> time depending on hours worked. If someone is sick for over 3 days,they are not fired. New people can't call in for personal <br /> time for a period of 90 days(probation), but if they are ill they should not be at work. <br /> Observations: Saw live roach on wall under 3 comp sink. No evidence of rodents or sick employees.
