Hand wash signage is absent. <br /> Hand wash signage provided this date. <br /> 2) Test-strips are absent for the facility sanitizing equipment at the three-comp and the dishwashe <br /> Provide prior to operations. <br /> 3) The mop-sink originally understood to be shared with the Target kitchen is not installed or <br /> available within the facility. Install a mop sink. At least one curbed cleaning facility or janitorial <br /> sink equipped with a drain shall be provided and conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or <br /> similar wet flooring cleaning tools for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. [CRFC <br /> and 114279 & 114192]. Install prior to operating facility. Send picture of installation to the EHD at <br /> Imedina@sjcehd.com. Contractor demonstrated to the EHD that a mop-sink is located adjacent <br /> to facility on other side of the south wall within 10 feet. The EHD recognizes the location as valid. <br /> 4) Provide a Food Managers certificate to the EHD within 60 days.
