ROTTEN ODOR. DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE PROPERLY <br /> MAINTAINED FOR THE REFUSE DISPOSAL AT THE SITE. LOTS OF INSECTS ABOUT THE AREA TOO. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on duty was not aware of the complaint. <br /> Observations this date: <br /> 1)The grease trap container is located outside the north roll-up door.The grease trap is not overflowing. The area around the <br /> grease trap and the roll up door does have an odor. <br /> 2)There are some cantaloupe rinds and other produce debris on the concrete to the east of the grease trap. <br /> 3)There are 5 orange food waste bins on site. Per Manager,these are picked up 2x/week by City of Manteca and are used <br /> for produce waste only.The orange bins are empty this date. <br /> 4)The trash compactor is located on the west side of the facility. The compactor is enclosed by fencing.This area surrounding <br /> the trash compactor has an odor as well as some food and non-food debris and some liquid pooling. Per Manager the <br /> compactor is emptied once a week(on Wednesdays). <br /> Corrective action required by 1 week: <br /> 1)Clean up all food and non-food debris in the refuse area.
