ORDERED THE CRUNCH ICE CREAM AND ATE IT AND <br /> WENT HOME. (ABOUT 10 MINUTES AWAY)HE IMMEDIATELY GOT DIARRHEA. HE ALSO NOTICED A SORE SPOT <br /> ON THE INSIDE UPPER LIP WHERE A BUMP APPEARED. COMPLAINANT REQUEST A CALL BACK AFTER <br /> INSPECTION. —THIS FACILITY IS NOT IN ENVISIONS CONNECT, SEE SR0078485 ATTACHED.— <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per owner, she is not aware of the complaint. She is making the ice cream in the facility by using ice cream maker <br /> machines. The prepackaged ice cream liquid is shipped in frozen then placed in the freezer or walk in cooler. Pulled from <br /> freezer to cooler for thawing and then poured in the machine to make the ice cream. I asked her about how she is preparing <br /> the waffle cones. She has powder that she mixes with water then bake the waffle cones.All freezers have temp of 20F or <br /> below. Hand wash station is fully supplied.
