I am attaching two estimates for repair and one estimate for replacement. We have previously repaired this refrigerator many times and have decided the age of the unit and the cost we are positioned better to completely replace it. Our original price to replace was about $13,000 and the actual replacement will be approximately$15,000 after the supplier realized the price quote was wrong. We have paid for the replacement with the exception of the $2000 price increase. While we had other estimates not attached, other companies have not provided reliable repairs. My understanding is that there is a line above the unit that is causing condensation to build up and eventually drip. This has been repaired before. Hopefully the estimate will be more explanatory on what is involved to do this repair.
