The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. EHD must verify the overfill prevention system is in compliance with CCR 2635(b)(2)(C). <br /> 3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST Service Technician <br /> certification and is manufacturer certified for the fill-in drop tube must be onsite when work is <br /> performed. <br /> 4. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance(Former Form C)to <br /> this office no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br /> 5. Allow 48 hours advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br /> 6. Update and submit a copy of the Monitoring and Response Plans for each tank no later than 30 <br /> days after work is completed. <br /> 7. Permit expires 90 days from date of approval.
