The monitoring plans on site are not current and not approved by the EHD. The monitoring and response plans must be current and approved by the EHD. Complete and submit a copy of the monitoring and response plans for approval by the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. An approved copy will be returned for your records. 18. The 87 direct -bury spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill container can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. Notes Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, within 30 days of receiving this report. Provided new free class schedule for the UST operators. The 91 Turbine leak detector was not tested due to low fuel in the 91 tank. If the testing for the 91 turbine leak detector is not performed by 2/28/11 it will be considered late. Schedule an appointment with the EHD providing 48 hour notice. The reinspection will be charged at EHD's current hourly rate ($122). Facility's secondary containment testing is due by 1/13/12. Facility did not provide a 48 hour notification for the Monitoring Certification, Spill Bucket test and Leak detector test. A 48 hour notice must be provided for all future testing. All future testing without a 48 hour notification will not be accepted. For any UST compliance question please contact the District Attorneys office, enforcement division, at (209) 468-2400. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($122).
