We are also in the process of getting our L6 alarm fixed. Our monitoring reports are <br />with the company who performed it and didn't give it to us because when they fixed our sensor, they <br />didn't fix it properly and demanded money for it. And we did not want to pay for an incompetent job so <br />when the monitoring tests were done, they said we had to pay them for both the work on the sensor and <br />the monitoring tests.
