Contact the City of Manteca Fire Department, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the <br />City of Manteca Community Development Department for applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior to commencing work (including <br />change in contractors, service technicians, installers etc). All new submittals supersede the <br />previous ones. <br />3. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual <br />physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being performed, who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />• One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State <br />License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />• A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council <br />(ICC), and <br />• A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being installed, <br />additionally, <br />• Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the <br />manufacturer of that component. <br />4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br />individual physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being performed, who possesses <br />all of the following: <br />• One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors State <br />License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />• A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the International Code <br />Council (ICC), and <br />• A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being tested, <br />repaired, or serviced, additionally, <br />• Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the <br />manufacturer of that component. <br />1868 E.
