SANJOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY- <br /> 23. Designated Operator (DO) training requirement (per 23 CCR 16 2715(c)) must be satisfied prior to <br /> scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 24. Valid BOE must be obtained and provided to EHD after tank installation and prior to fuel drop and must be <br /> uploaded into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) prior to scheduling the final <br /> inspection. <br /> 25. Hazardous material or waste cannot be released(intentionally or unintentionally)to the sewer/septic, storm <br /> water system, or any other waters of the state. If a release occurs it will be considered illegal hazardous <br /> waste disposal and will be subject to enforcement. <br /> 26. Submit to CERS all applicable hazardous materials, hazardous waste and UST submittals. This submittal <br /> must be approved by the EHD prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 27. Passing Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) results must be received prior to receiving fuel, <br /> 28. All outstanding up-to-date permit fees must be paid prior to receiving the final approval to operate. <br /> 29. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year, but can be extended for another calendar year upon a <br /> written request to the EHD.
