Liquid was observed in the UDC 1/2 (less than 1/2 cup) and in diesel STP sump (1-2 cups). If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The technician onsite removed the observed liquid and retained for reuse. Ensure that the all sumps are maintained free of liquid. CORRECTED. Minor -Notice to Comply: 204, 303 204. The designated operator failed to document all the alarms from the attached alarm history on the 3-6-2014 designated operator monthly inspection report and failed to check that they were responded to appropriately. The L7 alarm, which had occurred on 2-28-2014, was documented as if it had occurred on 2-20-2014. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month, check that each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the monthly report. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. 303. The diesel STP sump sensor was located approximately 5 -inches off the lowest point of the sump and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity.
