Liquid was observed in the UDC 1/2 (less than 1/2 cup) and in diesel STP sump (1-2 cups). If water <br />could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and <br />disposed of properly. The technician onsite removed the observed liquid and retained for reuse. Ensure <br />that the all sumps are maintained free of liquid. CORRECTED. <br />Minor -Notice to Comply: 204, 303 <br />204. The designated operator failed to document all the alarms from the attached alarm history on the <br />3-6-2014 designated operator monthly inspection report and failed to check that they were responded to <br />appropriately. The L7 alarm, which had occurred on 2-28-2014, was documented as if it had occurred <br />on 2-20-2014. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall review the alarm history for <br />the previous month, check that each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach <br />a copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the monthly report. <br />Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the <br />required information on the reports. <br />303. The diesel STP sump sensor was located approximately 5 -inches off the lowest point of the sump <br />and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to <br />be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. The technician onsite repositioned the <br />sensor to the lowest point to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity.
