It is in WSID's best <br /> interest io have•the site cleaned up and so we fully support Chevron's efforts. <br /> Pursuant to"the Access Agreement, Chevron is authorized to access WSID's property <br /> at any time until site closure is achieved. If this position changes and if WSID takes <br /> steps to terminate Chevron's rights to access our property pursuant to the <br /> agreement, we will provide notification to San Joaquin County. <br /> WSID appreciates your concern regarding Chevron's authorization, and <br /> thanks you for your diligence.
