The borings will be installed according to the attached work plan dated <br /> September 28,2000. The site access agreement between Chevron and the West Side Irrigation District is <br /> also included. Boring GMX-29 referenced in the work plan is located on the Pombo Property and has <br /> already been approved(permit# 0024026). Borings will be a 3"diameter direct push hole which will have <br /> a temporary I"dia.PVC casing/screen to collect groundwater samples for environmental analysis. The <br /> hole will be backfilled with cement grout using a tremie pipe after the sample is collected. <br /> A boring application and permit fee of$89 for the borings is enclosed.
