Telephone: (209)824-2000 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00047798 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THIS FACILITY ALLOWS PETS IN THE PRODUCE/GROCERY AREA,THEY DO NOT <br /> APPEAR TO BE SERVICE DOGS. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY ARE IN THE SHOPPING CARTS AND IS <br /> CONCERNED ABOUT THE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM—LOCATION--TEMP°F—COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. I spoke with the Assistant Store Manager, Jenny Garcia. <br /> If a customer with an animal comes in,the greeter asks if the animal is a service pet.The pets are not allowed in carts per <br /> Ms. Garcia.At this time,the greeter had not been asking what service the animal is trained to do.The greeter will start to ask <br /> this question now. <br /> I gave the service animal letter to Ms. Garcia.
