These records shall be <br />maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all monitoring or sampling; <br />(2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual observations, (4) results of <br />sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, <br />ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate <br />and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years and maintain records onsite, submit proof <br />of correction to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />09 CCR 2636(f)(1) Monitoring in the UDCs failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow at the UDC. <br />The Brave., box float and chain in the UDC 1/2, 5/6 and 7/8 sumps failed to stop the tlow of proauci di ire r u SNunser <br />when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of <br />product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the chain(s) in UDC 5/6 and 7/8 and <br />verified functionality. The float in the UDC 1/2 was replaced at the time of inspection. A "UST Retrofit Verification with <br />Inspector Already Onsite" form has been completed and provided to the operator and contractor.
